Numbers are always important, but let us not forget that this small coastal city with overwhelming number of condominium units is a better place to live in the area. This is how the city presents itself. And I agree with it. I live here and I love the feel of the city, as yes, there is a feel of the city when you walk the street lined with 20story+ condo buildings, beautiful street lights, palm trees…
