There are 4 Daytona Beach Shores condo-hotels. Oceanside Inn, Castaway Beach resort, Hawaiian Inn and Pirate’s Cove.
How many times I heard this “images are 1000 times better than words” and yet tried to use words?
I can explain that words describe and may reveal the past and indicate the future, and images are only showing the moment… but yet it is powerful.
I drove on Monday, October 31 and passed all 4 condo-hotels in Daytona Beach Shores. We have more of those in the area, but in Daytona Beach Shores we have 4 of those. I was going south, so here is the order:
Oceanside Inn. 191 rooms. Time: 6:31 PM Total of 5 cars parked on the property. 3 cars on south parking, 2 cars on north parking. At least 2 (if not 3) employees working at this time.
——————————————
Then it was Castaways at 6:36 PM. 156 rooms. 35 cars on North parking lot. No employees at this time in Castaways.
——————————————
Then Hawaiian Inn at 6:44. 208 rooms. 50 cars on all 3 lots. With 50 cars on the lot number of employees is pretty much irrelevant.
———————————————
Then Pirate’s Cove at 6:55. 164 rooms. 40 cars total. No employees at this time at Castaways as far as I know.
Let me sum it up. One Monday evening, a snapshot of parking situation in all Daytona Beach Shores condo-hotels and it was all done within less than half an hour.
Does it help you see who is doing better business? And who doesn’t?
What did you say? Not a rocket science?
I agree…
