Pendleton Club in Numbers

Pendleton Club – one of the best if not the best of older condos in the area, is a riverfront condo in the heart of Daytona Beach. A beachside condo by the Orange Ave. bridge, which took the same time to build as a much higher and much longer Golden Gate Bridge in California. Anyway, after 4 years+ of waiting there is a beautiful bridge there, they say the only architectural bridge n the State of Florida.

Here is the look at today’s market

Summary

I am often asked when the best time to buy is. Well, if it is about the price, then the best time to buy was in 2012. But 2012 is water under the bridge. Will there ever be another 2012? I hope not.

I believe the best time to buy is when you need or want to buy and when you can afford it. The matter is always the best deal at the time when you need it and can afford it. People buy and sell real estate every year, every month and every week. Some deals are better and some are worse. Some years favor buyers and some favor sellers, but if you are reading this now, this could be a great time to buy.

So, call me 386-405-4408. I am a condo broker/owner and at Daytona Condo Realty helping you sell or buy a condo is all we do.

And we know condos.
