Pendleton Club Condo Unit 306 is our latest remodel. Actually, more than just remodel. This is a completely redesigned 2-bedroom/2-baths direct riverfront unit in Pendleton Club, Daytona Beach.
People ask me why we do not show the “before” photos, but there is no point. It was a crappy condo. Anyway, it has all been changed, even the layout of the unit is different. Of course, no matter what you do to a 1963 building, you can’t change the ceiling heights, you can put washer and dryer in the unit, so it is on each floor. But pretty much everything else has been changed.
It is a relatively small 2 bedr/2 baths condo with 1,152 sf. A condo like this on the ocean would sell for $350K-$375. Prices on the river are at least $100K lower. But for those who like the river, it is an ideal place and at $225K it is an excellent price.
It has a boat dock, its own boat launch, place to have kayaks, boat and trailer parking… And this is the only condo on the river that has it all, and for pennies compared to other condos with marinas. Boat slips are $50 a month for the maximum length of boat 27′. Boat parking is $35 a month. Association dues for this unit $391 a month.
Pendleton Club does not have a gym, but they have a doorman from 8 AM until 9:30 PM.
