Pendleton Club Unit 306

Even though Pendleton Club was built in 1963, it still remains one of the best pre-luxury era condominiums. Solidly built using poured-in-place concrete, capable of withstanding even the strongest hurricane; excellent grounds, envious location, indoor corridor system, doorman…

All that makes Pendleton an excellent choice for a condo for any buyer.

But Pendleton offers more. This is the only riverfront condo that offers a boat launch pad, has a boat dock, has a boat parking, allow you to have and easily use kayaks…

Less than 10-minute walk to the beach.

We lived here through all four hurricanes of 2004.

We always were thinking of how we could redesign a unit in Pendleton Club. And when the opportunity presented itself, we jumped on it without any hesitation. And here is what we have now.

Unit 306 is a direct riverfront unit with excellent view of the pool and the Intracoastal. This unit has an extra window in Master Bedroom facing the river, shaded by magnificent southern oak trees.

2 bedroom/2 baths condo. 1,152 sf. The whole outside wall in the Living room is of glass floor to ceiling, opening a stunning view of the Halifax River (Intracoastal Waterway).

This is a completely redesigned unit starting with the entryway. It is now a modern European style open and bright condo. By far the nicest condo in Pendleton and not only Pendleton.

A unit like this on the ocean would be in the $350K-$375K range. Traditionally, condos in older buildings on the river are valued lower, and its market value should be in the $200s.
