Towers Eight is one of 9 towers built by DiMucci in Ponce Inlet from 1991 to 2000. This direct oceanfront 48-unit condo building was built in 1999. Ponce Inlet is a quaint small town at the southern end of the Barrier Island. It ends at Lighthouse Park and the Inlet, and there is no road to New Smyrna passing through Ponce Inlet. This is the end of the Barrier Island.

This is the quietest coastal town in Daytona Beach Area. No businesses, except for waterfront restaurants, and marinas. Not a single hotel/motel. Purely residential area, perfect for retirees and young families looking for good quality of life within minutes from all the buzz of Daytona.

Ponce Inlet is also a home to one of the best beaches in the area.  A very popular and very busy on weekends Lighthouse Park is at the tip of the Barrier Island, spanning from the Intracoastal, where you can spend time with your dogs, to the ocean. And, of course, you will enjoy the tallest and most beautiful lighthouse in Florida.

This 7-story condominium building is about a mile and a half from Lighthouse Park. It features two-bedroom/two baths and three-bedroom/three baths very good size units. 3-bedroom units feature 39’-long balcony.

Minutes to the Light House, Marine Science center, deep-sea fishing and some of the best restaurants.

Oceanfront Pool, billiards, state-of the art fitness center and social room with granite bar and a full kitchen, Assigned storage area, No drive beach
One assigned parking space in the underground garage

In-unit washer & dryer hookups
Minimum rental period – one month

Pets are welcome. Two pets with no weight/size restrictions.
