Sunglow Resort Condo in Daytona Beach Shores is located next to Sunglow Pier, which houses popular Crabby Joe’s seafood restaurant.

The condominium has 64 units. L-shaped building is 9 stories on one side and 10 stories on the ocean, with 3 penthouse oceanfront units on the 10th floor.

5 units on 1st floor. 7 unit per floor from 2nd floor up.  Condo units are 1- and 2-bedrooms.

1-bedroom units are 600 sf. and up.

2-bedroom units are 720 to 1,159 sf.

The Pier is open from breakfast to dinner. Fishing gear is available for rent.

Even though Sunglow Resort Condo allows minimum 1 day rentals, and they have a front desk, this is not a condo-hotel, as the front Desk is managed by the Association and not a rental management Company. The owners either rent themselves, or hire Real Estate agents.

However, the Front Desk employees are handling the keys for the owners.
