St. Maarten is a 12-story oceanfront condominium on 400′ of white sandy beach has 129 units total, 3 elevators, 8 units on the ground floor and 11 units per floor from the second floor up. This is a predominantly vacation condo with overwhelming majority owners using it only occasionally. There is usually no crowd around the building and in the pool.
Maintenance fee was $500 a month per unit from 2013 until 2018. It has changed to $550 per month as of January 1, 2018. It is quite a stable building, and the Association Dues even at $600 for a three-bedroom units as they are now, are lower than for similar newer buildings.
Two pets (up to 60 lbs each) are allowed, but only for owners, renters are not allowed to bring pets with them. Minimum rental period is 2 weeks, making it quite popular for vacation rentals.
