St. Croix is one of the newest luxury oceanfront condominiums built in Daytona Beach Shores. Actually, Cook Development delved into luxury condo market in Daytona beach area area with St. Croix in 2003. Understandably this is the most austere condo by Cook Development in the area. The developer did not yet have the confidence of the investors, the market was not yet as hyped as a few years later. But it was their start in what is now an excellent line of luxury condo buildings in Daytona Beach Shores.
