St. Croix is one of the newest luxury oceanfront condominiums built in Daytona Beach Shores. Actually, Cook Development delved into luxury condo market in Daytona beach area area with St. Croix in 2003. Understandably this is the most austere condo by Cook Development in the area. The developer did not yet have the confidence of the investors, the market was not yet as hyped as a few years later. But it was their start in what is now an excellent line of luxury condo buildings in Daytona Beach Shores.

St. Croix condominium is located very close to Dunlawton Avenue, providing easy access to I-95. Only 10 minutes to all the shopping in Port Orange.  15 minutes drive north would take you to the heart of Daytona beachside with Ocean Walk Village, Main Street, Seabreeze Boulevard with nightlife, Boardwalk, Bandshell…

While St. Croix is a very nice building, yet it does not have all the bells and whistles of St. Maarten, Bella Vista, Palma Bella, and Marbella, developed by Cook Development. All those came after St. Croix.

But all Cook Development condos, St. Croix has envious oceanfront location. It is a 12-story building, 59 units total, 5 units per floor.

Maintenance fee is $1,855 a quarter.
