Southpoint of Daytona is the only condo building in Ponce Inlet with 1-week minimum rentals. All others are more restrictive. Add to that very liberal weight requirement for pets (up to 40 pounds) and you get the picture.
It is Ponce Inlet, and because both Atlantic Ave. and Peninsula Drive end at the entrance to Lighthouse Park and do not go south, there is no through traffic. This is the quietest place in the whole Daytona Beach area, with not a single hotel/motel and only a few businesses like marinas and waterfront restaurants on the Intracoastal.

Southpoint Condominiums is a 76 unit 7-story building in Ponce Inlet. Built in 1985.
There is no underground garage, so common for condo buildings in the area, and cars are all on ground level parking lot or under the building, which is on stilts, and you can see the ocean from the parking.
There are 75 units total, 73 two-bedroom/2 bath units with 885 sq. ft. of living plus oceanfront balcony, and two units are three-bedroom/ three bath units at 1,346 sq. ft.
All units are direct oceanfront.
Southpoint of Daytona Condominiums is on a non-driving stretch of the beach. With one-week minimum rental, it has the most liberal rental policy in Ponce Inlet.
