Shores Club Condominiums is an oceanfront 11-story condominium building on no drive beach in Daytona Beach Shores.

7 units per floor, 74 units total. Corner units are 3-bedroom/3baths (1,836 sf), the rest of the units are 2-bedroom/2 baths with 1,200 sf of living. All units are direct oceanfront, and have oceanfront balconies.

Oceanfront gym, tennis courts, a library, sauna, and Community Room.

There is a basketball and tennis court, heated swimming pool with sundeck, Wi-Fi in Recreation room.

The Shores Club condominium building is approximately  a quarter of a mile south of the Dunlawton Avenue. It is about 6 miles north of the lighthouse at Ponce Inlet.

The building has undergone massive renovation relatively recently. Sliding doors and windows have been replaced with hurricane resistant glass, and they installed very high quality glass at about $9K per unit paid through the Special Assessment (sliding doors and a window in both the living room and Master Bedroom), then upgraded the AC system (another Special Assessment for under $2K per unit, high tech security system is installed.

Currently they are are wrapping up the work on concrete restoration of balconies paid through a Special Assessment ($13K per unit), and they still will have yet another Special Assessment for $3K per unit for painting and minor work.

Which means that from 2015 on they will have quite a few years with no deferred maintenance and enjoy living there.
