Savona Condominium provides the ultimate in casual seaside living on Florida’s Atlantic coast. It was completed in April 2004 by WCI, renowned developer of more than 40 luxury Florida high-rise towers. The Porto Mar Association is the responsibility of a separate board of five members that consists of owners from both Savona and Portofino. There is a separately appointed maintenance manager for Porto Mar who also works to insure that the surrounding walkways, landscaping, pool, social room, and other common areas are kept to the same standards as Savona. They carefully manage yearly operating budget  to ensure that replacement reserves are adequately maintained.
