Riverside Condo is a riverfront condominium complex of  288 condo units in 3 buildings. 186 condos are in main 8-story building built in 1977. 52 units are at 2801 N Halifax Ave. They were built in 1976. 50 units are at 2901 N Halifax Ave. This building was completed in 1975.

This is a popular modest mostly blue collar place for working people as well as retirees on a budget. One- and two-bedroom units are relatively small, 8′ ceilings. Some with balconies, but there are some units without balconies as well.

Riverside Condo is right on the Intracoastal. It enjoys 1000 ft on the water with 2 fishing docks, 3 pools, BBQ area with picnic tables, and 8 shuffleboard courts..

This condominium complex has very convenient location. It is a short walk to Bellair Plaza, the largest shopping center on the beachside. Plenty of good restaurants are within walking distance. The Beach is less than 10-min walk.

Pets are not allowed at Riverside Condo. This limitation includes even fish in water tanks.
