Ponce Inlet Villas is a direct oceanfront condominium in Ponce Inlet, a charming small town on the southern end of the barrier island. Both major roads in Ponce Inlet, Atlantic Avenue and Peninsula Drive end there. No through traffic going south. There is no bridge to New Smyrna Beach. This makes it the quietest town in greater Daytona area.
It is a quaint town. There are no hotels/motels, and the only business are mostly riverfront restaurants and marinas. It is home to Daytona Beach College’s Marine Science Center, where they take care of injured marine animals and birds from the area. It is also home to absolutely gorgeous Ponce de Leon Lighthouse, the second tallest masonry lighthouse in the nation and to my impartial opinion, the nicest of all.
203 steps take you to the top of the 175 foot tower. There you can enjoy magnificent views of the World’s Most Famous Beach, Ponce Inlet, and surrounding area from the observation deck. Lighthouse is still operational, and it is also open to public year round as museum. Worth visiting.
Ponce Inlet is a very popular fishing town. Excellent place to raise the family, or have a vacation condo.

Ponce Inlet Villas is an oceanfront multi-level townhome-style community of 12 condominium units. The Great room on the top level features a large kitchen, a bay window, wood burning fireplace. It overlooks the ocean. The master bedroom and Master Bath are on Main floor. Two more bedrooms and a bath one of which has a bay window, and opens to your second balcony, are downstairs. Unit have a second entrance/exit that goes to the paved pool area which has a paved deck. There is a private walkway to the no drive beach.
