U-shaped building. Right on the Intracoastal. Magnificent grounds, embankment with benches along the Intracoastal. Well set up grills. Boat dock. They have their own Boat ramp.Boaters have a choice of keeping the boat at the dock, on on the parking lot, the part designated for trailers and boats. You pay for that, but it is really inexpensive.

They even have two bomb shelters in the basement, which they use as a storage.

Less than 10-minute walk to the beach. Very sturdy poured-in-place concrete building. We lived in Pendleton and have been through 4 hurricanes of 2004 in this building, and we even had power at all times while Daytona pretty much lost power and was in the dark. The underground cable helped us not lose the power.

The building has an indoor corridor system. A rare building with a doorman. Used to be 24-hour, now only until 9:30 PM. Reserved parking under the carport. Corner units on the ends of the U-shaped building are 3 bedr/2 baths. 4 units in the center facing directly the Intracoastal are 1 bedroom units, and the rest are 2 bedr/2 baths units. Two- and Three bedroom units have second door right into the kitchen to bring your groceries.

The building has undergone renovations through the years. The glass balconies were all replaced, and it made units lighter and brighter, the roof was fixed after the hurricanes, Special assessment have been paid. Excellent choice for a water enthusiast, whether you have a boat (up to 27′) or a kayak.

In June 2016 the demolition of the old drawbridge has started. I has been be replaced by a beautiful highrise architectural bridge, which made Pendleton a quieter place as it has eliminated the noise when the cars hit the metal part of the old draw bridge. The new bridge too way longer than planned, the same as it took to build Golden Gate bridge in San Francisco, but everybody is happy now.
