Oceans Atrium One is one of the newer condos in the Oceans family. Oceans Atrium One was built after the city of Daytona Beach Shores had a referendum and restricted the height of the buildings to not more than 120′, hence the condo building is a 12-storey structure. Developed by Bellemead Corp. It is next to a sister building – Oceans Atrium, and they are in the middle of 11 oceanfront condo buildings in the Oceans family.

77 units total,  7 units per floor, five 2-bedrooms/ 2 baths, and two 1-bedrooms/ 1.5 baths. 8′ ceiling height, washer/dryer hook-ups are in the unit. The building has fire sprinkler system.
