Oceans Atrium Condominium is one of the newer condos in the Oceans family. Built in 1987, after the city of Daytona Beach Shores had a referendum and reduced the height of the buildings to not more than 110′, hence the condo building is only a 12-story structure. Developed by Bellemead Corp.

77 units total,  7 units per floor numbered clockwise, five 2-bedrooms/ 2 baths, and two 1-bedrooms/ 1.5 baths. 8′ ceiling height, washer/dryer hook-ups are in the unit. The building has fire sprinkler system.

Oceans Atrium Condominium offers the following amenities: underground parking with one assigned space, spa, gym, card room, social room. On-site Association manager.
