Ocean Breeze Condominiums are inexpensive beachside condo buildings located just behind Bellair Plaza, practically across the street from the ocean.
This is an excellent location in north Daytona Beach. The biggest Shopping Plaza on the Beachside – Bellair Plaza, anchored by Publix – is next to it. Some best restaurants and shops are in the vicinity and within walking distance.
These condominiums went through a difficult time after the conversion to condos from the apartments. It was when the crisis hit hard and prices fell to their all-time low. Many of investors, who bought them at that time, are using them as as rentals, so keep it in mind when considering as a primary residence.
This is not your typical vacation place.
Ocean Breeze Condominiums were built in 1967. 3 two-story buildings. 24 units in 3 buildings. Here is the breakdown. No posh amenities like in many oceanfront condos in the vicinity, no pool. But if all you need is a place so close to the beach, here it is.
