Magnificent oceanfront Hammock Beach Golf Resort & Spa is part of the Hammock Beach community. The community offers world-class golf and amenities with the beach as your backyard. Amenities are available with a Membership purchase or resort guest access by booking an accommodation and include: two miles of quiet beaches, nine pools, kid’s camps, a full-service spa and salon, putt-putt golf, bike rentals, tennis, and eight excellent dining choices.
Hammock Beach Golf Resort & Spa is designed for gatherings of friends and families and provides accommodations from one-bedroom suites to four-bedrooms condos ranging from 655 sq ft. to 2,350 sq. ft.
It is an interesting concept: resort condominiums. They have units with full-time residents and units part of the rental program.
Management
To maintain their ability to operate the resort, the owners hired two management companies. One manages the resort component while the other manages the Club membership and golf courses. Yes, there are 9 pools, but unless you are staying at the resort or have a Club membership, you are not allowed to use the amenities. The Atlantic Grille is the only amenity open to the public.
Membership
The Membership has a non-refundable Initiation Fee and will open the doors for you. However, if you choose to rent on your own, and not through their rental management, your Membership privileges and property amenity access does not extend to your tenants. They must buy their own Membership to use the Club amenities.
You don’t have to live in any specific community in Palm Coast to join the membership at The Club. You and your family can join either the Full Golf Membership and enjoy our Premier Membership to access all the Club amenities at three locations or Beach Club (Social) Membership and have access to all amenities except the two golf courses.
Golf
The Resort is home to two Signature championship golf courses. The Ocean Course, which is right at the resort, and the Conservatory Course, which is a 15-minute drive away.
