37 one-bedroom units changed hands in preceding 12-month period.
18 one-bedroom units changed hands since January 1 this year. In the same period from January 1, 2016 to June 14, 2016 28 one-bedroom condos changed hands.
We notice a significant shift when we look at sale of 1-bedroom condos, which is different from the sales of 2-bedroom units. However, the reason behind it is most probably the fact that there are not many one-bedroom condos in the area.
Fluctuations in the market affect them the most as inventory is very small.
