Summary
10 years of condo sales in Dauytona Beach Shores. It is painful to watch the “progress” of a real estate crisis, but this is exactly what you see when you trace 10 years of condo sales in Daytona Beach Shores. If you think that there is a lesson hidden somewhere, then no, no lessons here.
It is life, it is changing. You can’t go back and you do not know what life has in store for you. When you look at prices 10 years ago, you think that it was a great time to buy, but in 2011 and 2012, it did not seem like a good time.
It becomes good later, when the prices are higher, and you do not remember about all the uncertaintly of the market in those great time, that you are dreaming now…
As I said before, the time to buy is when you can afford the condo which you like. If this is today, then today is the time to buy.
And if this is today, then call me, Jon Zolsky, condo broker at Daytona Condo Realty at 386-405-4408
