Any Good Townhomes For Sale in Daytona?
This is the request from a caller, who is looking for a place to live.
Currently in Daytona Beach area, which includes Daytona Beach, Daytona Beach Shores, Ormond Beach, Port Orange, Holly Hill, Ponce Inlet, South Daytona, Wilbur-by-the-Sea there are 17 townhomes for sale priced between for under $130K.
The price starts from $94K. However, I would be careful to recommend a 2-story townhouse, and they are the majority of those 17. Plus, it would, probably be better to avoid frame construction and lean towards concrete block structures. Especially in our humid and warm climate.
I narrowed down to 4 townhomes in one level. Prices are between $119,900 and $124,900. Maintenance fee varies from $32 to $71 a month, and 2 out of 4 do not have any maintenance. Of course, it does not mean that it does not require any maintenance, it only tells you that this would be your expense.
Just think about it. I could find only 4 townhomes in the area covering 7 municipalities and one un-incorporated area. And yes, last time I was searching for them, the prices were still under $100K.
Oh well, this could only be the beginning…
