There are actually two high-rise condos at this address, 2 elliptical towers with views of the ocean, river, or sometimes, both. The share the underground garage, one main entrance, the gym, and the enormous pool deck and a pool, and on-site management. You can say that One Oceans West, a condominium is one condo complex in two towers: A and B.
The towers are not right on the ocean, they are between the ocean and the river, in Daytona Beach Shores, which means that there is 4-5 minute walk to the beach.
An excellent location in the heart of this small city, right behind the Publix Supermarkets, next to the City Community Center, tennis courts, and the golf course. It is where, according to the City advertising, “life is better here”. And it probably is.
