Ocean Jewels is a 201-room direct oceanfront condo-hotel. It is approximately one mile south from the Convention Center and within 60 minutes of all Central Florida Attractions. Rooms range in size from 254 sf to 634 sq. ft.

The Resort offers Oceanfront, Ocean View or Side View Studios and Suites. Rooms have  kitchenettes with refrigerators and microwaves. Most of the rooms have Private Balcony or Patio. There are 2 Pools (1 heated) plus a Kiddie Pool. Fitness Center, Oceanfront BBQ Grill and Picnic Tables.

The resort enjoyed high occupancy in the 90s and beginning of 2000s, until the management contract and commercial first floor space was sold to inexperienced owner. The owner ended up in foreclosure, and since then the resort is trying to come back to past glory, and is trying to rebuild rental management.

As for the Association, they have a strong one, and in good financial health.

This hotel does not rent to area locals. No pets policy. No RV/Trailer/Semi parking available.
