This would explain that from the outside they look exactly the same, and though there is some difference, it is minor.

This 120-unit Condominium was built in 1973 by Andy Xepapas. It is one of the most popular condominiums in Daytona Beach.

The condominium is in excellent location. This is north part of Daytona, near Ormond Beach border. The largest shopping center on the beachside, anchored by Publix is within a short walk away, just across the street.

Banks, shops, best restaurants in the area make it all very attractive. This is a rare location in Daytona Beach, where you do not really need a car to live or spend time vacationing.

Typical size of a unit (excluding the penthouses) area is 1330.  The balcony is 415 sf. This gives you 1,745 square feet of oceanfront property! The building is has all exterior walls glass floor to ceiling. They are also known for the balcony, which goes around the building.

Each floor has 6 apartments.  Each apartment has two entrances.  Kitchens, large living rooms with dining area.  Panoramic view of the ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway (Halifax River).  Good closet space and storage. Individually controlled A/C and heating. Walls between the units are fire- and soundproof .  Laundry room with folding tables on each floor, plus some corner units have them inside.

There is a clubroom with full kitchen, and pool table.
