Timing was terrible, market was falling fast, developers were losing buyers, who did not want to close, and walked away… It was very difficult time for the project, which initially was called Islamorada Condominiums. There are very few places with such liberal restrictions. So liberal, that I even feel uncomfortable calling it “restrictions”:)
