Riverwood Village condominium is a small townhome-style complex a few hundred yards from busy US-1.
It is less than 10-minute drive to the ocean and just a couple of minutes walk to the river. Small, clean and quiet condo community. While it is close to the railroad, it does not seem to be a busy one at all. So yes, this is a quiet place.
South Daytona is known for its quiet lifestyle. Tree-lined streets, manicured lawns… There are very few condo buildings in South Daytona besides Riverwood Village. Single family homes dominate the landscape.
