The sign says Marina Breeze Condominiums, but the County has it down as New Colony House, and this is also how we have it in MLS.

Located in historic Daytona Downtown across street from Daytona Marina. Walking distance to International Speedway Blvd, to Broadway Bridge. Just couple of blocks to the north and you find yourself on one of the most beautiful streets in Daytona Beach lined with magnificent palm trees.

Marina Breeze has 12 one-bedroom units and 34 two-bedroom units. Occupancy is restricted to one family (four adults) per two bedroom units, or no more than two related adults per one bedroom units, which are to be used as a residence, and for no other purpose.

46 units total in 2- and 3-story buildings located on Beach Street across Halifax River Marina. Excellent location on the mainland side of Daytona. Steps to the bridge and only minutes to the beach. This is downtown Daytona.

There is a carport, but owners might need to wait, as there are fewer carports than units. Anyway, one assigned parking space on the lot, if not a carport.

These are older buildings (by Daytona standards) in rather good shape, but it does not have central AC, and some units or even rooms in the unit have a window AC unit, and some don’t.

Minimum rental period is 6 months, but no rentals for one year after purchase.
