Danbury Breakers is a pet-friendly condominium. Only owners can have pets. One pet per unit, no weight/size restrictions, however quite a few breeds are excluded. Family, friends, guests or tenants are not allowed to bring pets to the condominium property.
It is on the driving beach, just 2 buildings north of the No Drive section of the beach.

Association Dues are $800 per quarter for any unit, one-bedroom or two-bedroom. Due to its small size, sales are not often in the building. For example, there was only one sale in 2017, and one sale in 2016. So, if you are interested in finding a condo in the area, broaden your search.
