Bristol Bay is off busy US-1, and yet close to everything and less than 10-minute drive to the beach. It was built in 1985 as an apartment complex, and was converted to Condominiums in 2005.

24 Two-story buildings with units in one level. Buildings 421, 428 and 430 are close to the railroad, other buildings are further from the road. Of course, you know that we do not have many trains anyway.

The entrance to Bristol Bay is from Reed Canal St. Currently the back gate going to Carmen St. is open only in emergencies to eliminate drive through traffic and increase the security. The complex has quite changed for the better in the last few years. It is a more secure place. Security cameras around the complex, improved lighting in front of the buildings, community vigilance and increased Police patrol help keep it safe.

The wave of foreclosures seems to be a thing of the past, fewer units are not contributing to financial stability of the community, and with each new owner of previously foreclosed units, they start paying their fair share of the expenses. Several upgrades have been made, still others are in the works. The Association wants to install gutters on the front of buildings, improve drainage. Good news brought by the Association is that the complex according to FEMA maps is not in the flood zone.

All units in Bristol Bay are 2 bedr/2 baths; 922 sf. 228 units total.

Ample unassigned parking spaces for your second car or your guests. Well kept property with plenty of mature trees.
