Bellair Condos offer excellent location. This is one of rare places in Daytona area where you can live without a car. It is right across the street from the ocean and has view of the ocean from units starting from 2nd floor and up.
The the Bellair Condominiums are in good condition. The condominium has a laundry facility, meeting room and about half of the units have privately owned one car garages. This is one of the only very few condominiums on Atlantic Avenue that offers the luxury of individual garages. Security gates. The Bellair Condominium restricts leasing to one year minimums. Guests have to register within 48 hours of arrival, or pay $25 fine and $25 a day thereafter. They can stay 14 days.
A good portion of the units are occupied by year-round residents. Easy access to the Bellair Plaza with Walgreens, Publix, Ruby Tuesday and more. Most units have ocean view. Great place to be!
The Condominium is located north of Bellair Plaza – the largest Shopping Center on the Beachside with Publix supermarket as its anchor store. Other shops and restaurants are within walking distance.
It is basically a 7-story structure, however, there are two units above the main structure, making it 9-story. 4 commercial units are on the first floor, the remaining 125 are residential units. 21 units per floor, 7 units on the 7th floor, all of them two-bedroom. There is a unit on the 8th floor, and then a penthouse on the 9th floor.
Assigned parking for some of the owners, and others have a garage, and it cost them extra $10 a month in maintenance (starting January 1, 2019). Bellair Condos is a gated community, has community pool.
New owners can not rent for 12 months after purchasing condo.
