Aliki Atrium is the first building in Ormond Beach right north of a 24-story Aliki Tower, which is in Daytona Beach.
You can’t dream of a better loscation. Bellair Plaza, the largest Beachside Shopping Center in the area, anchored by Publix, is within 5-minute walk. Restaurant row with the best restaurants on the Beachside is across the street. And, of course, the World’s Most Famous Beach is and will stay as the main attraction of the area.
Banks, shops, best restaurants in the area make it all very attractive. This is a rare location in Daytona Beach, where you do not need a car to live or vacation.
All Aliki Condominium were built by Andy Xepapas. Aliki is his wife’s name. They are one of the most popular condominiums in Daytona Beach.
Aliki Atrium is a unique condo even compared to other Aliki condo buildings. This 7-story building has 27 residences on 3 levels.
2-bedroom/2.5 baths. 1,854 sf of living units are on level 1 and 2. Each 2-bedroom condo unit is in two levels. The Living room on the first level with the main entrance has 25′ of glass facing the ocean. There is also a kitchen, closets, washer/dryer, half bath.
The stairs take you to the second level with 2 master bedroom oceanfront suites with en-suite bathrooms.
The penthouse units are on three levels. These units have 3 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. If you take a 2-bedroom unit and add another floor up with two more bedrooms, this will be the way the penthouses are.
All units are direct oceanfront. Actually all rooms are oceanfront. Balconies with concrete railings run the whole width of the unit on each floor. With 25′-wide unit you get 50′ of direct oceanfront balcony for a 2 bedroom unit, and 75′ for a penthouse (3-bedr unit).
And, of course, a gorgeous atrium with a glass ceiling, a lot of green space inside, a water feature, and scenic glass elevator.
2 assigned underground parking spaces for each unit, additional parking on the ground level for guests, community pool. Interestingly, this is a rare condominium building where they do not have an exercise room, but there is Planet Fitness right across the street and many residents pay under $10 a month membership fee and then free not to use it 🙂
